As we raise our glasses and toast to another year of creativity, community, and growth, we at Chil & Co. are thrilled to celebrate our 11th anniversary! From humble beginnings to becoming a cornerstone of Atlanta's creative landscape, our journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
Founded in 2013 by Bhargava and Anu, we began as a two-person team fueled by the desire to create a socially aware and community-focused business that would make a positive impact on society. Over the years, our team has expanded to include talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, each contributing their unique perspectives and skills to our creative endeavors.
As one of the top creative agencies in Atlanta, our team’s diversity is one of our core strengths that separates us from other creative agencies in Atlanta. In recent years, we have been honored by the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards for Outstanding Diversity in an Organization. This award seeks to honor the outstanding organizations in metro Atlanta that go above and beyond to bolster equality across all areas of diversity, including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race, and religion, among others.

Reflecting on the past year, we are honored to have been recognized with several prestigious awards that highlight our commitment to excellence and inclusion, from being awarded a Small Diverse Business Program membership by the Georgia Chamber to earning accolades from the Atlanta Business Chronicles Pacesetter winner, for which we were awarded one of the top 100 fastest-growing companies in metro Atlanta. These achievements underscore our dedication to fostering a culture of innovation and belonging.

Beyond our client work, we are deeply committed to giving back to the community that has supported us throughout our journey. Through initiatives like fourofour, we have provided opportunities for creatives to connect, learn, and grow. From hosting meetups and workshops to collaborating with local artists on merchandise that celebrates Atlanta's creative talent, we are proud to have made a positive impact on the city we call home.
