Founders, Bhargava and Anu Chiluveru, built Chil & Co. with the idea that its culture would reflect the world we live in. Being immigrants themselves, they have fostered a workplace filled with differing perspectives, encouraging an inclusive environment, where each person's ideas are respected and heard.

It focuses on companies that give back to the community of both their offices and employees.
